Sweet/sour salad dressing

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s), cut into cubes
  • 8 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar, mild
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp Fondor
  • Parsley, amount as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Stir the ingredients until smooth. It’s delicious with green leaf salad and endive. We like this salad best with mashed potatoes and a fried egg. If you mix the sauce with the potatoes, it’s divine. Perhaps someone else knows Erpelschlaat (duck stew)? It’s endive salad with mashed potatoes, and I think this sauce goes best with it.
