The car to eat!
Place a loaf pan on parchment or baking paper and trace the bottom. Then tilt the pan and trace all the outlines. Then cut out the paper along the outer lines and place it in the pan. Melt the butter over low heat. Whisk the eggs, powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt until fluffy. Then slowly stir the cooled butter into the mixture. Place a layer of butter cookies in the pan, trimming the cookies to size if necessary. Spread the chocolate cream on top, covering the cookies. Repeat this process until the pan is half full. Then layer 2 layers of cookies and chocolate cream in just one half of the pan for the hood. Then, for the driver’s cab, layer 6 layers of butter cookies and chocolate cream on the back half of the hood, leaving some chocolate cream left over. Refrigerate the pan for 3 to 4 hours. Remove the truck from the pan and peel off the paper. Cut the sides straight all around with a serrated knife. Heat the remaining chocolate cream. Use this to stick the round cookies on as wheels and the hazelnut slices on as roofs. Next, use chocolate cream to stick various sweets on as windows, headlights, and the loading area. Dust everything with powdered sugar. Tip: You can place more sweets or a small gift on the loading area.
