Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 apple
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- some baking soda
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- some ginger powder
- some nutmeg
- Salt
- 125 ml buttermilk
- 50 g yogurt
- 50 ml oil
- 1 egg(s)
- 60 g raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a muffin tin thoroughly or line it with paper baking cups. Wash, peel, and cut the apple into small pieces. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl. In a second bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, oil, egg, apple, and banana. Add the flour mixture and raisins and mix well. Pour batter into the muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
