- 50 g pitted dates
- 1 stalk of basil

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. The proportions of fruit and dates can vary depending on the juiciness of the fruit, and the mixture will thicken slightly. If it’s too sweet for you, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice. Store the spread in a jar in the refrigerator for at least 1 week.
