Sweet yogurt rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 400 ml natural yogurt
  • 125 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a large bowl. Combine the egg and yogurt and add to the dry ingredients. Mix everything well and knead into a soft, sticky dough. Knead the dough until smooth and form about ten rolls. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Delicious with butter and sweet spreads.
