from the Airfryer
Heat the milk, pour it into a mixing bowl, crumble in the yeast, and add 15g of the sugar. Mix well and let the yeast work for 10-15 minutes. Now put all the remaining dough ingredients in a bowl and knead, cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 1.5 hours, until it has doubled in size. Pour the dough into the greased Airfryer baking pan, cover, and let rise again for 30-40 minutes in a warm place. Cut crosswise into the surface of the dough with a sharp knife. This relieves the dough’s tension. Now place in the cold Airfryer and bake at 150°C fan oven for about 15-20 minutes. After 5-10 minutes of baking, brush the surface with a little butter and finish baking. Remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack. Tip: You can also enrich this basic dough with dried fruits, candied fruits, nuts or pine nuts.
