Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g fine oat flakes (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 5 g raisins
  • 150 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 150 g apple
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 15 g hazelnuts
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Place the oats and raisins in a bowl and pour over cold milk. If desired, let them sit in the refrigerator overnight. This makes the oats more digestible. Wash the apple, cut it in half, and remove the core. Then either grate it coarsely or cut it into thin strips. Sprinkle the grated apple with a little lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown. Remove the oats from the refrigerator and serve in a bowl with the grated apple, hazelnuts, low-fat quark, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
