Yogurt with fruit and millet

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt (1.5%)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 apple
  • some grapes
  • 1 handful of muesli to taste and preference
  • 1 cup(s) millet
  • 2 cups water
  • possibly honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 hours; Total time approx. 20 hours 5 minutes

as breakfast or snack

Boil the millet in two cups of water for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Then let it cool. Chop the fruit into small pieces and place it in a bowl with the yogurt, millet, and muesli. Mix everything well and enjoy. Sweeten with honey, if desired.
