Swiss chard chips with sesame

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 leaf of chard, more depending on the size
  • some olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some sesame

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Wash the chard, pat dry, and cut into pieces, without the stems, about the size of chips. Brush lightly with olive oil on both sides and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with a little salt. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, to taste. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 10 minutes. The chips don’t keep well, so ideally they should be consumed the same day.
