Swiss Chard Gratin
The perfect swiss chard gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Diced onion
- 300 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder
- Seasoned Salt
- 500 g Swiss chard stalks
- 1 size Tomato
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 3 tbsp Chives rolls
- 100 g Grated cheese

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, clean and wash the chard stalks and cut into fine strips … sauté in a little salted water for 7-8 minutes, set aside
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onion cubes and minced meat in it, season with herb salt and paprika powder
- Scald the tomato, remove the stalk and peel it, then cut into slices
- Add the chives and sour cream to the Swiss chard, season with herb salt and place in a flat, greased casserole dish. Spread the minced meat on top, place the tomato slices on top and sprinkle the gratin with the cheese
- Bake the gratin in the oven for about 20 minutes
