Swiss Chard Gratin

The perfect swiss chard gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Diced onion
  • 300 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 500 g Swiss chard stalks
  • 1 size Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 3 tbsp Chives rolls
  • 100 g Grated cheese

  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, clean and wash the chard stalks and cut into fine strips … sauté in a little salted water for 7-8 minutes, set aside
  3. Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onion cubes and minced meat in it, season with herb salt and paprika powder
  4. Scald the tomato, remove the stalk and peel it, then cut into slices
  5. Add the chives and sour cream to the Swiss chard, season with herb salt and place in a flat, greased casserole dish. Spread the minced meat on top, place the tomato slices on top and sprinkle the gratin with the cheese
  6. Bake the gratin in the oven for about 20 minutes
