Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 65 g nuts, chopped
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g margarine
  • some cocoa powder and powdered sugar

Instructions

Combine flour and cornstarch, add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and nuts. Add margarine and knead everything together. Sprinkle powdered sugar and cocoa powder on a surface, form the dough into a roll (approx. 3-4 cm in diameter) and roll in the powdered sugar and cocoa powder mixture. Cut discs from the roll, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake for about 12 minutes at 200°C (electric oven). This amount makes approximately 1 trayful of cookies.
