Swiss-style quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 half lemon(s)
  • 40 g raisins
  • 2 apples
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 2 tangerines
  • 100 g grapes
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the quark, milk, and sugar. Squeeze the lemon juice. Wash the raisins in a sieve with hot water. Add both. Wash, peel, and chop the fruit, and add to the mixture. Ladle into dessert bowls and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
