Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 minced meat
- 6 slices of bacon
- 6 slices of cheese
- 6 slices of toast
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp chives
- oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Make about 6 meatballs from the ground meat and fry them. Toast 6 slices of toast. Place 1 meatball on each slice, then top with a slice of raw ham and a slice of sliced cheese. Place the toast in the oven to bake until the cheese melts. Meanwhile, make scrambled eggs from 2-3 eggs. Place some scrambled eggs on each toasted slice, sprinkle with chives, and serve immediately. Garnish with cucumber and tomato slices.
