Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp herb cream cheese
- 100 ml sweet cream
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar, mild
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tsp, heaped honey
- 1 pinch of ground pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a salad shaker and shake until smooth. Alternatively, mix in a bowl with a fork until smooth. If the salad dressing is too sour or salty, simply add more cream, cream cheese, or crème fraîche.
