Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 ml tahini (sesame paste)
- 125 ml water, hot
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 piece(s) ginger, finely grated
- 50 ml sesame oil
- 500 g Chinese egg noodles or spaghetti
- 1 cucumber(s), cut into fine julienne strips
- 1 carrot(s), also cut into fine strips
- 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into rings
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

vegetarian noodle dish from China
Mix the tahini with water and soy sauce to make a dressing. Add the lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain. Then toss with the vegetables and sesame dressing.
