Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml tahini (sesame paste)
  • 125 ml water, hot
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, finely grated
  • 50 ml sesame oil
  • 500 g Chinese egg noodles or spaghetti
  • 1 cucumber(s), cut into fine julienne strips
  • 1 carrot(s), also cut into fine strips
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into rings
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the tahini with water and soy sauce to make a dressing. Add the lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain. Then toss with the vegetables and sesame dressing.
