Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander, ground
  • 1 tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 red bell pepper(s), finely diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, finely diced
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add spices and stir for 1 minute. Add garlic and paprika and cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Stir in tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Stir frequently and reduce the sauce. Stir in sugar, season, and pour into warmed jars while still hot, sealing immediately.
