Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Boletus
  • 100 g King oyster mushrooms
  • 10 g Goose fat
  • 2 ml Truffle oil
  • 200 g Tagliatelle, cooked
  • 5 g Salt
  • 1 g Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet
  • Chop the mushrooms
  • Melt the goose lard in a pan and fry the mushrooms in it
  • Add the pasta with a little cooking water to the finished mushrooms
  • Arrange on plates and drizzle with truffle oil
  • Fleur de Sel and coarse black pepper on top
