Ingredients
- 100 g Boletus
- 100 g King oyster mushrooms
- 10 g Goose fat
- 2 ml Truffle oil
- 200 g Tagliatelle, cooked
- 5 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet
- Chop the mushrooms
- Melt the goose lard in a pan and fry the mushrooms in it
- Add the pasta with a little cooking water to the finished mushrooms
- Arrange on plates and drizzle with truffle oil
- Fleur de Sel and coarse black pepper on top
