Turkey Schnitzel with Snow Peas

The perfect turkey schnitzel with snow peas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Turkey schnitzel
  • 150 g Sugar snap
  • 200 g Frozen peas
  • 1 bunch Flat leaf parsley
  • 4 Spring onions fresh
  • 1 a cup Cream 30% fat
  • 1 tsp Medium hot mustard
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • Oil, salt, pepper
  1. Wash the schnitzel, pat dry and cut into coarse strips. Finely chop the parsley. Cut the spring onion into fine rings.
  1. Place the peas and sugar snap peas in salted water for about 3 minutes, drain and rinse. Mix the cream and mustard together.
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until golden brown, remove. Fry the vegetables in the pan for 1-2 minutes, dust with paprika and cook briefly. Add the cream and mustard mixture and simmer for 3 minutes.
  1. Add the meat and parsley, bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  1. If you like it a little hotter, you can also use hot mustard. Rice goes best with it. But as always, it’s a matter of taste. 🙂
