Turkey Schnitzel with Snow Peas
The perfect turkey schnitzel with snow peas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Turkey schnitzel
- 150 g Sugar snap
- 200 g Frozen peas
- 1 bunch Flat leaf parsley
- 4 Spring onions fresh
- 1 a cup Cream 30% fat
- 1 tsp Medium hot mustard
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- Oil, salt, pepper
- Wash the schnitzel, pat dry and cut into coarse strips. Finely chop the parsley. Cut the spring onion into fine rings.
- Place the peas and sugar snap peas in salted water for about 3 minutes, drain and rinse. Mix the cream and mustard together.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until golden brown, remove. Fry the vegetables in the pan for 1-2 minutes, dust with paprika and cook briefly. Add the cream and mustard mixture and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add the meat and parsley, bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- If you like it a little hotter, you can also use hot mustard. Rice goes best with it. But as always, it’s a matter of taste. 🙂
