Tagliatelle in Creamy Paprika Sauce with Cottage Cheese

The perfect tagliatelle in creamy paprika sauce with cottage cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Peppers yellow
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 200 g Sour cream 20% fat
  • 125 g Cottage cheese
  • 175 g Ajvar extra hot
  • 1 bunch Chives fresh
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Cut paprika and onions into small cubes, chives into rolls.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, roast the diced paprika and onion, add the paprika powder, ajyar and stock and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cook the tagliatelle.
  4. Now add the chives, sour cream and cottage cheese to the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the tagliatelle and sprinkle with the Parmesan.
