Tagliatelle in Creamy Paprika Sauce with Cottage Cheese

- 1 Peppers yellow
- 1 Red peppers
- 2 Onions
- 2 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 200 g Sour cream 20% fat
- 125 g Cottage cheese
- 175 g Ajvar extra hot
- 1 bunch Chives fresh
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 ml Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 500 g Tagliatelle
- 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- Cut paprika and onions into small cubes, chives into rolls.
- Heat the oil in a pan, roast the diced paprika and onion, add the paprika powder, ajyar and stock and sauté for a few minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the tagliatelle.
- Now add the chives, sour cream and cottage cheese to the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the tagliatelle and sprinkle with the Parmesan.
