Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Tagliatelle green
  • 100 g Serrano ham
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 1 Pc. Orange peppers
  • 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite, rinse and drain. Mix with the olive oil. Cut the Serrano ham and Gouda into strips. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. And mix with the pasta. Put oil, vinegar, pepper and salt in a screw-top container. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls and add to the oil-vinegar give, season with pepper, salt, sugar and mustard, shake vigorously and only pour over the salad before eating.
