Chocolate Habanero Cookie

  • 150 g Sugar
  • 150 g Plain flour
  • 100 g Dark chocolate pieces
  • 2 cl Amaretto
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 0,5 Chocolate Habanero pod
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1,5 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • Cinammon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, spread out paper on a baking sheet. Mix the flour with the chocolate chips, Bach powder, unsweetened cocoa and cinnamon. Cut the chocolate habanero into small cubes. Mix butter and sugar until frothy, slowly stir in the egg and amaretto. Add the habanero cubes and the flour mixture and stir well. With wet hands, form balls and place on the baking sheet and bake for about 18 minutes.
