  • 250 g Flour
  • 50 g Potato flour
  • 250 g Margarine
  • 1 tsp Orangella orange zest
  • 1 bag Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 50 g Lemon peel
  • 100 g Whole milk chocolate shavings
  • 70 g Sultanas
  • 100 g Almonds in pens
  • 50 ml High proof rum
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 250 g Apricot jam / water e.g. apricot
  • 1 a cup Dark chocolate glaze
  • 1 tsp Vanilla powdered sugar
  1. Do not melt the margarine completely liquid, and stir with the sugar, zest, rum and eggs until frothy.
  2. Now add the flour, baking powder and potato flour and prepare a batter.
  3. mix the solid ingredients (sultanas, almonds, chocolate shavings, lemon peel) into the batter by hand.
  4. Sprinkle a greased box with oat flakes and fill in the dough. Bake at 170-180 degrees for about 75 minutes. varies from oven to oven.
  5. After a toothpick test, let the cake cool down and cover with apricot and chocolate. Dust with icing sugar btavon – enjoy your meal.
