Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g green tagliatelle
- 100 g ham, diced
- 1 small onion(s)
- 250 ml cream
- 1 medium egg yolk
- 100 g broccoli divided into florets
- some salt and pepper
- some butter
- Broth, granulated or stock cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle verde al dente. Sauté the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes. In a small bowl, mix a little of the cream with the egg yolk. Sauté the finely chopped onion in a little butter and add the diced ham. Pour in the remaining cream and bring to a boil. Stir in the egg yolk and cream mixture and bring to a boil briefly. Season, toss with the pasta and broccoli, and serve. Serve with a green salad.
