Tagliatelle with Broccoli and Mushrooms

The perfect tagliatelle with broccoli and mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Tagliatelle
  • 500 g Fresh broccoli
  • 300 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 12 Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 200 ml White wine
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Put on the water for the pasta, add salt and cook the ropes in it until al dente. In the meantime, cut the broccoli into florets and halve, slice the cleaned mushrooms and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  1. Heat some of the tomato oil in a saucepan, add the broccoli first and sauté. After a few minutes, deglaze with white wine and add the mushrooms. Cook with the lid closed for about three minutes.
  1. Drain the pasta and add to the vegetables while hot. Add the dried tomatoes, mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.
