Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g tagliatelle
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 6 anchovy fillets
  • 1 small jar of capers
  • Olive oil for frying

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick recipe for a pasta sauce with a wow effect

Prepare the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add the whole garlic cloves, then add the chopped anchovy fillets. When the garlic cloves begin to brown, remove them from the pan and add a few capers to the pan. Reserve a few capers for garnishing. Add the cooked tagliatelle and toss everything together vigorously. Sprinkle with the remaining capers to serve.
