Tagliatelle with Oyster Mushrooms

The perfect tagliatelle with oyster mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 3 Spring onions fresh
  • 400 g Tagliatelle
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 2 Stems Basil
  1. Clean the oyster mushrooms, remove the ends of the stems and cut the hats into wide strips. Wash the onions, clean and cut into rings. Peel and finely chop the garlic, pluck the basil leaves from the stems and cut the leaves into thin strips.
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, heat the oil and butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms, onions and garlic for 5 minutes over a medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, arrange on plates, pour the mushrooms over them and serve sprinkled with basil.
