Tagliatelle with Parma Pepper Butter

- 400 g Tagliatelle
- 200 g Parma ham slices
- 80 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Red pepper
- 60 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Cook the pasta according to the basic recipe. In the meantime, cut the ham into coarse strips. Melt the butter in a pan, just warm the ham over low heat, do not fry. Press the pepper coarsely with a spoon and add to the butter, ham. Drain the pasta, drain briefly and mix with the Parma pepper butter , season with salt. Distribute on plates and grate the Parmesan with a vegetable slicer in fine shavings. Serve.
