Tagliatelle with Parma Pepper Butter

The perfect tagliatelle with parma pepper butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Tagliatelle
  • 200 g Parma ham slices
  • 80 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Red pepper
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  1. Cook the pasta according to the basic recipe. In the meantime, cut the ham into coarse strips. Melt the butter in a pan, just warm the ham over low heat, do not fry.
