Japanese Croquettes (Korokke) or Vegetarian Meatballs

- 125 g Grated carrots
- 500 g Cooked potatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 Egg
- Flour
- Panko or breadcrumbs
- Oil
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Grate or grate carrots. Cook and mash potatoes. Finely chop the onion. Mix everything and season with salt and pepper.
