Tagliatelle with sage butter, tomatoes and mixed seeds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g tagliatelle
  • 75 g butter
  • 10 sage leaves
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 g pumpkin seeds
  • 10 g sunflower seeds
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water for about 5 minutes, so they’re not quite cooked through. Meanwhile, toast the seeds in a pan. Remove the seeds from the pan and set aside. Melt the butter in the pan. Roughly chop the sage and add it to the butter in the pan. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan. Drain the pasta and toss in the butter for another 2 minutes. Add the seeds. Season everything with a little salt and pepper, if desired, then serve and enjoy.
