Tagliatelle with spinach cheese sauce and crab

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g tagliatelle
  • 50 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 50 g crab, frozen
  • 100 ml Cremefine or whipped cream
  • 1 corner(s) of processed cheese (25 g)
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • e.g. Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • n. B. Sea salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with crab

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Sauté the diced red onion and garlic clove in a little olive oil until translucent, adding the tomato paste and sambal oelek. Stir in the frozen spinach and shrimp (you can also cook them from frozen) and pour in the Cremefine sauce. Add the cream cheese and grated Parmesan and bring to a boil until a smooth sauce forms. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss the tagliatelle with the sauce and grate some more Parmesan over the top. Serve immediately.
