Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 small can of mandarin orange(s), drained
  • 3 tbsp sugar, more or less to taste or sweetener
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Whisk the quark with the remaining sugar until smooth, then add the cream. Whisk in the mandarin oranges with a mixer. They can, and should, be whipped a little smaller. Tip: You can also omit the cream and use the 20% quark and sweetener instead; this will easily save a few calories.
