  • 1 dumpling (bread dumpling)
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Suitable for WW, 6 people

Cut the bread dumplings into small pieces and the zucchini into sticks. Briefly sauté the zucchini, add the oil and bread dumplings, and fry lightly. Then stir in the spices and tomato paste. Beat the egg, pour it over the dumplings, and stir and fry until the egg is set. Serve with a mixed salad. For participants of the WW program: 1 serving –> 6 P.
