Fruit salad with nougat cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large oranges
  • 2 bananas, fully ripe
  • 200 g grapes, light and sweet
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp cream (nougat)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the oranges and bananas and cut them into pieces. Add the grapes and mix. Mix the lemon juice with a little honey and cinnamon, if desired, and stir into the fruit. Whip the cream until stiff, then fold in the nougat. Divide the fruit between plates and serve garnished with the cream.
