Tarragon – Carrots

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g carrot(s), peeled
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 tsp, heaped tarragon
  • 1 tbsp double cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quickly prepared in the microwave

Cut the carrots into thick slices and place them in a microwave container. Add a little water, the vegetable broth, and the tarragon. Cover and cook in the microwave at 600 watts for about 10 minutes until soft (taste halfway through!), then add the cream cheese and stir the tarragon carrots thoroughly again. The tarragon carrots go well with rice, mashed potatoes, potatoes, fried potatoes, dark meat such as steak or roast, patties, meatballs, fish, etc. – or as a main course, although you’ll need to double the batch in this case.
