Fried potatoes with egg

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • basil
  • oregano
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the raw potatoes and cut them into 1 cm cubes. Heat a large frying pan with a little oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Once the potatoes are golden brown, reduce the heat and cover until cooked through. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the milk, season with salt, pepper, thyme, basil, and oregano, and finally add the finely chopped onion. Once the fried potatoes are cooked, add the egg mixture to the pan and cook until the egg is set, stirring occasionally.
