Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 bunch tarragon
  • 50 ml maple syrup
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Thinly slice the apple and place it in a carafe with the tarragon, maple syrup, and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Pour boiling water over everything and refrigerate. Use the same mixture to make ice cubes, which can be added at the time of consumption.
