Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil, good, neutral
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp tarragon, fresh or dried
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Make a light roux from oil and flour, pour in milk and bring to a boil, add the tarragon and cream and season with salt.
