Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tbsp oil, good, neutral
- 2 tbsp flour
- 125 ml milk
- 1 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp tarragon, fresh or dried
- Salt

Make a light roux from oil and flour, pour in milk and bring to a boil, add the tarragon and cream and season with salt.
