Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g tartar
- 1 small avocado(s), cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp, heaped Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 shallot(s), cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp capers, chopped
- 1 tbsp Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Truffle oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients, except for the meat and avocado cubes. Then add the meat and finally fold in the avocado cubes. Serve on plates and enjoy with toast and butter. Drizzle a little truffle oil over the tartar, if desired.
