Penne with mushrooms and peppers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300g penne
  • salt water
  • 1 package of mushrooms
  • 1 large bell pepper(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • broth, instant
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 package of cocktail tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Add the penne to boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the peppers and mushrooms and fry. Then add the broth and season with additional spices. Finally, add the cherry tomatoes. Serve the sauce with the pasta.
