very easy to prepare
Knead the flour, two tablespoons of oil, egg yolk, salt, and about 100 ml of water into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a ball and rub it with the remaining tablespoon of oil. Wrap the ball in foil and let it rest for at least 1/2 hour, if possible. Then halve the ball and roll out the two halves into a thin round of dough. Spread crème fraîche on both circles and top with the thinly sliced and briefly fried (or blanched) onion rings and the bacon (preferably cut into strips or cubes beforehand). Bake in a preheated oven at about 240 degrees Celsius for about 8 minutes. A simple meal, a delight served with a glass of white wine!
