Ingredients for 4 servings:
- butter
- 4 apricots, halved, pitted
- 4 tbsp almonds, sliced
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch(s) ground ginger
- 4 servings of ice cream (vanilla)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Lightly grease an ovenproof dish large enough to hold all the fruit halves with butter. Arrange the apricot halves cut-side up. Sprinkle with almonds, drizzle with honey, and dust with the spice. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes, until the apricots are soft and the almonds are golden. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with ice cream. Variation: Use other fruits instead of apricots, such as peaches or figs.
