Tarte flambée dough with yeast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 g yeast
  • 250 g wheat flour type 405
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Measure the warm water, add the yeast, and dissolve. Weigh the flour, add the salt and sugar, and stir to combine. Add the yeast mixture and oil and stir until nothing sticks to the bowl. Then cover the finished dough and let it rise in a warm place. Divide the finished dough into pieces. Roll them out thinly and top with your desired toppings. Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle shelf for approximately 10-15 minutes.
