Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of dough (ready-made pizza dough)
- 8 small sausages (grilled sausages)
- 6 slice(s) pineapple, or pineapple pieces
- 1 shallot(s) or small onion
- e.g. curry powder
- pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 10 x 5 cm pieces. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Dice the pineapple, wash and finely chop the shallot. Thinly slice the grilled sausages. Place the pieces of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then scatter the pineapple and shallot pieces on top, and finally arrange the sausage slices on top in a fan pattern. Season with pepper and curry powder. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. The tart can be eaten hot or cold. Serve with a green salad.
