Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 175 g double cream cheese
- 125 g sour cream with herbs
- 8 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 50 g fried onions
- 100 g bacon cubes
- 100g Gouda
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, grate the cheese, then fry the ham and onions, then add them to the remaining ingredients. Using a tablespoon, form into balls. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
