Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 serving of tarte flambée dough from the refrigerated section, approx. 230 g
  • 125 g sour cream or crème fraîche, up to 150 g
  • 2 figs
  • 60 g goat cheese slices, approx.
  • 3 spring onions, the light part
  • 1 pack of sliced ​​bacon, approx. 125 g
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Roll out the tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the sour cream on top, leaving a small border around the edges. Thinly slice the figs and spring onions. Dice the goat cheese. Cut or tear the bacon slices into pieces. Arrange everything one after the other on the tarte flambée dough. Carefully sprinkle with salt, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 15-20 minutes, until the tarte flambée is golden brown. Every oven bakes differently, so the times may vary. Sprinkle the finished tarte flambée with freshly ground pepper and serve hot.
