simple, fast and different

The tarte flambée dough is rolled out on a baking sheet with parchment paper. I cooked the frozen spinach leaves with 2 tablespoons of water in the microwave (2 x 3 minutes, 850 watts). Halfway through the cooking time, season the spinach leaves with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and add the finely chopped garlic clove (alternatively, garlic seasoning works if you’re in a hurry). In the meantime, spread the tarte flambée with the spread. Then spread the spinach leaves on top. Finally, evenly distribute the sliced mozzarella over the top. The whole thing goes into the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for 12-15 minutes.
