Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of tarte flambée dough (refrigerated shelf)
  • 1 pear(s) * see tip
  • 200 g Camembert(s) or Brie
  • 100 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 3 handfuls of arugula

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Roll out the tarte flambée dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then spread it with the crème fraîche. Wash and peel the pear, then slice or dice it and arrange it on the base. Sprinkle the ham cubes on top. Slice or dice the cheese and place it on top of the tarte flambée. Bake the tarte flambée according to the package instructions on the bottom rack of a preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with the arugula. Do not bake this with the pear, as it will burn. *Tip: This also tastes delicious with canned pears, as they are a bit softer.
