Tarte flambée with goat cheese and figs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of tarte flambée dough (refrigerated shelf)
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • little salt
  • some pepper
  • 150 g goat’s cheese (goat roll)
  • 4 figs
  • a few stalks of lemon thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Roll out the tarte flambée dough with the baking paper and place it on a baking sheet. Season the crème fraîche with a little salt and pepper and spread it evenly over the dough. Cut the goat’s cheese into pieces and the figs into thin half slices, then spread them evenly over the crème fraîche. Bake in the hot oven for approximately 13-15 minutes. Finally, scatter the lemon thyme over the tarte flambée.
