Make a dough from flour, salt, water, oil, and water. Form it into a ball, rub it with oil, and cover it with a towel. Let it stand for about 20 minutes. You don’t always have to use cling film; this works just as well. In the meantime, thinly slice the onion and finely dice the tofu and feta cheese. Sauté the onion slices one after the other in a little oil in a pan, then fry the tofu and add a few drops of Maggi or a little vegetable stock powder. Roll out the dough on an oiled baking sheet (I do this on one half) or form two balls into two circles. If you like it really thin, spread it over the entire baking sheet; however, adjust the baking time accordingly. Now spread with crème fraîche or cream cheese and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread the onions on the dough, then top with the tofu and feta cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes. Please check, as every oven is different. Serve with a green salad.
