Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup sour cream, 24%
  • 1 pack of bacon
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 spring onions
  • Salt and pepper, coarsely ground
  • 4 large tortillas

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Stir together the sour cream and crème fraîche. Slice or cut the onion into strips, finely chop the spring onions, cut the bacon into small pieces (you can also simply add it later), and toss everything with the sour cream and crème fraîche mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Take a large tortilla, spread the mixture on each tortilla (if there is no bacon in the mixture, add the strips now), and bake the tortillas in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
